Our experience with Pippa and Malcolm from Zoom could not have been a happier one, it deserves more than five stars. It all starts with their easy to navigate website followed up by helpful emails and 'how to' videos so when we arrived we already had a good idea of how things on our camper van worked and had used their emailed links to book campsites. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and well equipped ready for our adventure. We were completely at ease driving away knowing that if help was needed it would be there. On our return it felt more like we were meeting up with friends rather than a business. I cannot stress enough that Zoom Motorhome & Camper Hire made our trip to Scotland a really excellent experience, thank you!!

Our motorhome holiday with Zoom was a 5 star experience. Malcolm & Pippa were very helpful before, during and at the end of our motorhome hire- the overall communication throughout was excellent from the moment we enquired to returning the motorhome. The motorhome itself was absolutely spotless and there was a thorough handover in person and also some videos that were so helpful for us as first timers. The motorhome was fully equipped with everything you could think of, you really do just need to bring your clothes and some food! We can’t wait to start planning our next Scotland adventure! Just back from travelling the NC500 with the Laggan motorholm.
This is the smallest of the fleet but definitely the best for our trip. Found it a dream to drive not too big to get into parking spaces and no big mirrors to worry about. Would say it's ideal for a couple. The beds were very comfortable and cosy. The Zoom team could not be any more helpful and friendly. Everything was there ready for you to go. Perfect van, perfect trip, weather was Scottish perfect. Would we book here again?

We had a great experience with Zoom Motorhome Hire. From the moment we made our initial inquiry, Malcolm and Pippa were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The booking process was straightforward, and they made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of our trip.

Our experience with Zoom Motorhome Hire was second to none. The service from start to finish was excellent, Malcolm and Pippa were always on hand with advice or help and nothing was too much trouble.
The handover process of the van was thorough and detailed and the cleanliness and condition of our van was excellent, literally everything is included and no attention to detail missed.

Please, if you are going to do the NC500 or tour Scotland in a campervan, you MUST use Zoom.... and NO I am not related at all. Outstanding Campervan Experience with Zoom!
We recently hired a campervan from Zoom, and I can honestly say the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service was professional, friendly, and incredibly well-organised.
From the moment we booked, Zoom kept us well-informed with clear and helpful information before our arrival. The handover process was smooth and thorough, with detailed instructions that gave us complete confidence as we set off on our adventure.
The campervan itself was immaculate — it was clear they had taken the time to deep clean it to a very high standard before we received it. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered: it came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, right down to the shower gel and even a bottle opener — little touches that really make a difference when you’re on the road.
We were so impressed with the overall quality of the vehicle and the exceptional level of service we received. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.
I cannot recommend Zoom highly enough — if you’re considering a campervan holiday, this is the company to go with. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Pippa and Malcolm were very friendly, informative, and their new Laggan is beautiful! Comfy beds, easy to use appliances, quick hot water, more storage than we needed for a week, fast heat, and was even comfortable during wind and rain storms. Drives beautifully including on one track roads. We purchased a few of the add-ons from locals in Peebles, an amazing venison package and lovely sourdough bread. No regrets. Zoom took great care of us!

Malcolm and Pippa were excellent from the start through to the finish of the process. The motorhome was brilliant, and this was our first time hiring one, and we would definitely do it again. We would book with zoom again, if holidaying in the area.
We were told that the scenery in Scotland was good but it surpassed our expectations. All of our campsites were really good, and the people we met were all helpful and friendly, and even the weather was kind.👍 All in all it was a fantastic holiday, and we will certainly look at doing it again. Thanks again to Malcolm and Pippa.

Malcom and Pippa were brilliant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They were very thorough showing us how to use the van which was so well equipped for both inside and out. They'd thought of everything from salt and pepper to outdoor tables and chairs. They are a small family business and it shows - they really care that you have a great holiday!

Over the years we have rented motorhomes from various companies with mixed reviews. Booking with Zoom has been by far the best experience we have had other companies by comparison just don’t match. So where to start the website helpful, informative and easy to use. Absolutely brilliant communication from Malcolm and Pippa both before and during our journey. Really personable, helpful and friendly. No nonsense on the return either re attempts to charge from the deposit like we have experienced before. Top notch great vans will definitely be using again. Thank you both for all your help in ensuring we had a wonderful break in Peggy. Will be in touch for our next trip soon .

We decided to use Zoom motorhomes for our first ever Motor Home experience. I'm so glad we did. Malcolm and Pippa made us feel so welcomed and looked after from the moment we enquired about our trip to the moment we brought the motorhome back to base. The support, instructions, care on the road was first class . Always available to help, even during your trip, made us feel very safe and supported on our maiden voyage in a motorhome. No surprises given the other reviews, this another 5 star whole hearted endorsement of Malcolm and Pippa’s business. It was our first Motorhome rental - they made it so very easy. They are friendly, professional, super helpful and their Motorhome was top notch, excellent condition, with all supplies on board…we just made a quick food shop and off we went, everything else was provided . FIRST CLASS !!!!

We had a fantastic trip away in the Haggis motorhome. It was immaculate and had everything you needed. Lots of lovely comforts and all you needed to pack was your clothes and food. Pippa and Malcolm were so informative and provided so much information beforehand which would relax anyone who had never been in a motorhome before. Excellent customer service throughout.
There are no hidden extras with Zoom either, the price is what you'll pay. We were sent out by email video links walking us round every little detail in the motorhome which was great beforehand. First class experience from booking to returning.
The booking procedure is very straight forward and clear every step is explained clearly and confirming Emails sent. Telephone calls or messages are answered quickly. The van (Linnhe) at pick-up was immaculate, ready and waiting. All details of the van were explained and nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm and Pippa who provide a great service with a personal touch.
The van was great with everything working as it should and we achieved 34mpg on a 10 day trip up the west coast with many twisting narrow roads (and we were able to book it for an extra night enroute with no hastle). The van was easy to drive and comfortable. No sat nav though or road map so bring your own or a holder for your phone. The heater is very effective esp. when hooked up to electricity and runs on gas when not. We used £10 of gas but will be refunded as included in the hire price.
This size of van was great for 2 of us although room is tight but you can access many more place where a motorhome could not (ie Applecross Pass and where we wild camped at Tokavaig on Skye) But storage is at a minimum so dont take too many clothes (you wont need them). We did a mixture of campsites, wild camping and pub car parks which are particularly good as they are free if having a meal there.
We stayed at Glentress for the last night and had a meal in Peebles in the evening, so we were close for cleaning and returning the van in the morning. Again no problem with the return but allow half an hour or so to hand over.
So overall a great experience from a great small private company.

Fantastic company. Truly an all inclusive experience from start to finish. They literally provide everything you need except your clothes and food. We hired Haggis which was a gorgeous motorhome throughout. The motorhome was spotless so much so we felt we should spend as much time as possible making sure we returned it in as similar condition as we received it. Malcolm and Pippa were amazing thoughout the hire and provided amazing support at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone.

What a great experience! Would definitely recommend hiring a van with Malcolm & Pippa. We took Lennox for a tour through the highlands for 12 days and we loved it. Everything was thought of, from towels to basic kitchen supplies and a breakfast package for the first morning. The van was super comfortable and the communication and service with Malcolm & Pippa was outstanding. We'll be back!

Amazing from start to finish . Everything explained. The Moterhome was immaculate on arrival. Lots of space and storage. Equipped with everything you needed that was stated when booked. Proprietors were extremely helpful and friendly and went up and beyond for your stay to be comfortable in your journey ( and extras) . Lovely touches left for us . Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Quality linen and the bed was comfy. We was given lots of info prior to leaving which helped us plan what and where to go. Would highly recommend this business to anyone and we would certainly go back without hesitation . Thankyou to both for everything you did for us much appreciated

We hired Lennox, the two person campervan for five nights and four days travelling to the north of Scotland. It was our first experience of this type of break and we will definitely be doing it again. Malcolm and Pippa provide a firstclass service from when you book to when you return the vehicle. Lennox was spotless (inside and out), all the basics eg washing up liquid, which you need are provided. More than happy to support this local business through recommendation or hopefully, using again.

We rented Haggis for 7 nights and it was the best week of our entire 3 month Europe trip. The motorhome was so comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was so clean when we picked it up, and we were delighted with the extra goodies we were given (croissants, brownies etc). Malcolm and Pip delivered exceptional customer service. They were extremely friendly, and you can tell they really care about their business and their customers. When we come back to Scotland, we would 100% love to book another motorhome rental with Zoom Motorhome hire, but next time for longer! It is the best way to discover and explore Scotland. From the initial contact and throughout the admin process, Pippa and Malcolm made the experience simple and easy.
Prior to collecting the vehicle we were sent very useful YouTube videos about various aspects of the van, electrics, heating, toilet disposal etc, etc. We also received lots of links to campsites, places to stay, parking over night and visit, all very useful.
Pippa and Malcolm run a small local business based in the Scothish Borders in Peebles, the service from start to finish was 5 ⭐'s. We booked the 5 berth Munro Motorhome, which did not dissapoint.
We would highly recommend Zoom Motorhome & Campervan Hire.

Absolutely superb! The Motorhome was presented as advertised with lots of extras. As first time hirers considered the support by way of walk round and videos on youtube to be excellent. Made the experience all the more enjoyable. Excellent experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Malcolm and Pippa if you are looking to hire a vehicle.

Me, my wife and my son hired out the Linnhe for 7 night to do the North Coast 500. It was our 1st time going campervaning so we were a bit anxious about it. But from start to finish Malcolm and Pippa made our experience so easy and stress free. Even arranged a taxi from the airport for us. Malcolm gave us a full tour of the camper and showed us how everything worked. And gave us some really valuable tips about driving the North Coast 500. The campervan was great. It has a pull down double bed and a 2nd dining area that converts into a double bed too. My favorite thing about the van had to be the back dinning area, when we found a place with a nice view we were able to park up with the back doors open and have lunch looking out at the gorgeous scenery. The welcome breakfast pack was a real nice touch too, especially Pippas home made brownies 😀

We hired a motorhome from Zoom last week to do the NC500. We chose Haggis a 6.99m motorhome and found it very easy to drive and manoeuvre. We particularly liked the drop-down electric bed which is lifted into the roof area when not in use leaving a large open living space during the day. We had no problem with traffic and the roads were mostly empty. We recommend staying at Sango Sands where the beach is fabulous. On the way to the NC500 have a look at the Falkirk Wheel. All in all an excellent week away

Our family of 5 spent a fabulous week in the Gassy Motorhome. Everything exceeded our expectations, the van, the fridge, the sleeps, the campsites and the overall experience. Just returned from a weeks hire of the Munro motorhome. It was fantastic! The van is well equipped with everything you can think of. We were with our two young kids who loved it and can’t wait to do it again in the future. You literally only need to take with you change of clothes as everyone else you could need is provided in the van. Malcolm and Pippa really have thought of everything. I had done a lot of research before hand of which motorhome to book as we had never done this before. We are so glad we chose Zoom. The whole booking process was all very simple and Malcolm and Pippa kept us updated along the way as the trip got nearer. The motorhomes are kept immaculate and a joy to live in. Thanks again and we are already looking to re-book for next year. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to try this great experience.

Had 2weeks with Peggy it was great !! 2 adults & 2 Dogs travelled the west coast of Scotland & over to Orkney. Peggy was very well equipped the only positive additions to her would be in our opinion
a cupboard space for food..a lot of the equipment we did not use .everything was thought of but not necessary ..I think a change of sheets for a 2week hire would be good also a step for the habitation door when the van was on blocks…difficult for short people as quite a big drop. Would certainly recommend Zoom Motorhome Hire Malcolm & Pippa are so customer orientated rare to find nowadays . Thank you both so much.

a cupboard space for food..a lot of the equipment we did not use .everything was thought of but not necessary ..I think a change of sheets for a 2week hire would be good also a step for the habitation door when the van was on blocks…difficult for short people as quite a big drop. Would certainly recommend Zoom Motorhome Hire Malcolm & Pippa are so customer orientated rare to find nowadays . Thank you both so much.

After a last minute decision to go do the NC500. We manage to come across this company with Availability for a motorhome. What a great service we got. Never done a motorhome before. But soon had the knowledge on how to work the full van. Lovely van inside & out. Kept so clean and tidy!! Lovely small touches inside too. Everything we needed for a great 6 days away. Made feel at ease with everything knowing if we had any problems they were a short phone call or message away. Which we didn’t need to do. Thanks so much guys made our first experience in a motor home so enjoyable. No doubt we will see yous again soon x

We had a great week touring the NC500. We hired motorhome Munro which was fantastic in size, facilities and comfort. Pippa and Malcolm were extremely helpful at pick-up and return, even allowing us to pick-up a day earlier as the previous hirer had returned early. Great service, would use again.

The campervan was incredible it had everything you could possibly need it was so well thought out and equipped with top quality bedding, towels and a welcome basket. The customer service, information and support from zoom was above and beyond. Having never hired a camper before I felt informed even before arriving to collect the van. I truly cannot recommend a motorhome hire with Zoom enough. I have travelled to many countries, hiring vehicles, this was simply the best experience to date. From the ease of booking, information provided, the touch point email reminders, arrangement of taxi services to and from Pebbles, the warm and friendly welcome of Pippa and Malcom was truly just wonderful for the soul. Such lovely people. The process of going over everything in Doris to understand how she functions and their can-do attitude for someone driving a large vehicle first time coupled with diving on the opposite side than they are use to was much needed when the nerves kicked in. We booked with Zoom based on the reviews and past customers certainly spoke the truth. Doris was in perfect condition, so clean and well equipped. Bedding was also lovely with additional pillows. We didn’t find ourselves in need of anything. The return process was also quite nice, with a lovely catch up with Pippa and Malcom on our experience the places we saw ect…, you just can’t help but smile and laugh in their presence. Feels like you’ve know them your whole life.

First ever time hiring a motor home and Malcolm & Pippa made sure we had everything we needed, from an immaculately prepared vehicle, to fantastic friendly customer services, always on the end of a phone to answer the silly questions we had. There was complimentary coffee and biscuits, (and more) with an in depth collection brief ensuring we had covered all aspects of the vehicle. We had a great 5 day break, and it all starts with feeling confident with the vehicle and the service provided by Zoom hire. I would definitely recommend them for your hire holiday and thank you again for helping us to have a great break. First class service from booking through to return of the vehicle. Malcolm and Pippa are a lovely couple and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had never driven a Motorhome before and their assistance in the familiarisation with the vehicle was invaluable. The vehicle itself was absolutely immaculate - it’s clear to see they take great pride in what they do and in their business assets.

From booking to returning the camper van (we had Lennox) Malcolm and Pippa were exceptional in every aspect of the hire. The hire process was so well explained and booking through easily explained emails was great. We were sent links to the camper van giving a ‘guided tour’ which was great to refer back to. The camper van itself was immaculate and spacious enough for our 3 day trip. It had everything you need, even a lovely breakfast basket! The bed although small was very comfortable. We cannot say enough about Zoom Motorhome Hire! From the beginning, inquiring about renting to pickup and return. Malcolm and Pippa were wonderful. They answered any and all questions we had before hand and they were available if we had a question during. We rented Haggis for 3 weeks and it had everything we needed. It was roomy and comfortable. They even supplied our first breakfast (milk, eggs, croissants, etc) I emailed to ask if the camper had a hairdryer and very soon received a reply that they had bought one for my use. Now, that's service! It's as advertised, you need only to bring your clothes and buy food. Would we rent from them again? ABSOLUTELY!!! If you're in Scotland or planning a trip to Scotland and want to see the country by motorhome, you will not be disappointed if you hire from them. We left feeling we have made two new friends.

This was the first time that we have used Zoom, and both my wife and I were very impressed.
Communication from day one from Malcolm and Pippa was first class, and the motorhome that we hired, the Zephiro 696, was well appointed, and immaculate inside and out.
Malcolm took the time to do a very thorough hand over, which payed dividends over the 9 days that we were away.

Zoom Motorhomes have a very efficient admin process prior to collecting a vehicle. On arrival at their depot we were warmly greeted by the owners and were given a comprehensive handover of the campervan. The van was stocked with some basic provisions to get started. After 11 days touring Scotland we returned the van which was quickly checked over and signed off.

What a wonderful experience it has been to rent the campervan from Zoom Motorhome in Scotland to go around the Scottish Highlands! The couple have been very supportive before we have arrived and have arranged all the necessary arrangements to arrive to the site from Edinburgh. As soon as you enter the motorhome it feels like brand new. Everything is spotless clean and fully equipped with all necessaties such as tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel, linen, towels, etc.
What's great about this company is that they take care of everything you need throughout the journey. It literally feels like you have a moving home together with ongoing support!

We had a great adventure in the Haggis. Very roomy, even with 2 dogs. Had everything we needed for our adventure down to Cornwall. Pippa and Malcom were great, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was spacious and the kitchen was ample for what we needed. If i could give any small comment it would be to have a small mop and maybe an HDMI cable to watch my Lap top on the TV other than that the experience was fab. Thank you Malcom and Pippa, we will hopefully be back next year!

It's an excellent vehicle, only slight drawback is the bed is a little short for taller people (eg over 5'11" or so). But it means the van is not too wide for some of the tighter roads in the highlands and is quite easy to park.

Haggis was our first experience of a Motorhome holiday and it could not have been better. The vehicle was ideal and wonderfully well equipped for the two of us and our flatcoat retriever, with nice touches including fresh croissants, cereal, coffee, tea and all the essentials. Malcolm and Pippa could not have been more helpful in talking us through everything and generally preparing us for our trip. Zoom is a great company to deal with and they will certainly be top of our list when considering our next Motorhome holiday.

The Zoom Campervan we hired was everything we hoped for. The Lennox is a panel van, meaning it's easy to handle and park. It was a good size for two people and a small dog.

We have been back for a week and missing Peggy already! Fantastic NC500 trip. Malcolm and Pippa are lovely people to deal with. Great communication before, during and after our trip & they were there for us for a few wee hiccups we had along the way! They are really helpful and they think of everything you would need to have a wonderful experience. When they say you just need your clothes - you do!!! Don't hesitate to hire one of their motorhomes - they are immaculate, comfortable and a joy to drive. Scotland has it all: dramatic scenery, wonderful wildlife, fantastic beaches, warm and friendly people and even, sometimes, good weather!

From when we picked up the van dog friendly Doris and having some very helpful videos sent before hand, to the walk through we had on the day the service was fantastic. We were given a breakfast hamper which had extra croissants in due to allergies( tasted excellent by the way). We were able to leave our car there which was very handy. Everything was provided in the van all you needed really was clothes, van itself was easy to drive and was extremely fuel efficient. Can't wait to book again next year, already planning the next trip.

We hired 'Lennox' for a tour up along the Moray Firth and had a wonderful time in a lovely and fully equiped campervan. There was indeed nothing to bring but our clothes.
Malcolm & Pippa take pride in their campervans & mobilehomes and their friendly customer service was second to none. They provided lots of great information and nothing was too much for them. They aim to ensure that you have a great time, and their help/advice was much appreciated. This was our 1st experience with a campervan and I was a little apprehensive on the driving, but the driving was surprisingly easy and it very quickly became quite normal. I can fully recommend Zoom Motorhome Hire. They are a small family-run business and they certainly give a great welcoming friendly service, and they have lovely campervans and mobilehomes.

Doris the superstar! Couldn’t have asked for anything more, you have thought of everything. When they say all you need to pack is clothes they really mean it. We had a fantastic time doing the NC500 with our furry friend. Comfortable, clean and surprisingly fuel friendly. The granola was insane (please can I have the recipe) we will sure be back when we decide to do another Scottish adventure. Thanks both!

Wow what can I say, This is a family business that goes above and beyond they think of everything to ensure your holiday goes smoothly to packing a choice of breakfast for your start to complimentary bottle of wine and they think of your pets leaving them treats and ensure you have food wrappings and tea and coffee and salt and pepper all the extras that add up. They are friendly and are happy to help when ever you need them nothing is to much trouble.
If you have picked Zoom Motorhomes you have a special business looking after you and will have a special time away creating memories. All I can say is the same.

We hired the Haggis 5 birth motor home from Zoom motor home hire. This was our first motor home holiday and I can’t thank Malcolm and Pippa enough for making it a fantastic experience. The motor home was immaculate when we collected it and Malcolm gave us a first class tour and instructions on how to use the motor home. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch and the motor home came with everything you need even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to take to the showers when you are at a campsite. All in all we was treated with a professional and personal touch from start to finish and will definitely go back to Zoom to re hire and would recommend them to anyone who wants to explore Scotland.

My son and I have just had an amazing week touring the Scottish highlands in Doris. From initial enquiry to final pickup/drop off Malcolm and Pippa could not have done any more for us. Doris is fully equipped..just bring your own clothes etc. The layout and function was explained in detail by Malcolm and Pippa had ensured all the homely finishing touches...including home made granola which was delicious.

My wife and I had a brilliant time touring with Peggy in the Dales. Malcolm & Pippa are the nicest couple and explained everything we needed to know as it was our first time with a Motorhome. They put lots of extras inside for you, breakfast starter kits, shower gels shampoo everything you would need and more. They go above and beyond and it was immaculate inside and out. We hired Doris for a week and had a fantastic experience touring the North west of Scotland. Malcolm and Pippa offer a first class service and are highly recommended if you are thinking of hiring a Motorhome in Scotland. The vehicle was immaculately prepared and fully kitted out for a family adventure. I particularly liked the decent sized fridge freezer and having a microwave which made indoor cooking a breeze. The gas powered barbecue was great for warmer evenings. Pippa’s grenola is awesome!

Pippa & Malcolm made us welcome right from the the start, the how too videos & hand over made everything really easy to use within the motorhome as well as the hand book provided. The dietary specific welcome pack was a welcome addition to get us started on the first night.The fact that all the bedding & towels & cleaning kit are included made it easy to throw in clothes & sports gear & head off, it took away the anxiety leading up to the trip of what was actually needed.I was apprehensive of driving Munro at first due to the length but after the first day I soon got used to driving & reversing the vehicle around the sites, the rear view camera helps. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook for another adventure.

Nine months ago Nicola & I went on our very first motorhome holiday (west coast of Scotland) - we enjoyed ourselves so much we were delighted when we managed to hire "Haggis" again for our NC500 adventure.
As before, "Haggis" was pristinely presented, fully fuelled and ready to go. Malcolm and Pippa's support throughout the whole booking process was a genuinely lovely experience.

The best experience we have ever had hiring a vehicle.
Our family rented a beautiful motorhome for our adventure around the NC500. Malcolm and Pippa were amazing; we found Zoom after a long internet search. Their business is different than we had ever encountered renting in the past. We have rented other camper vans in different parts of Europe, and our expectation was that there would be tons of hidden fees and missing essentials upon arrival. Our experience was the opposite! Not only was everything in new or nearly new condition, all of the details were already thought of and included. We were so used to these things not being included that we had stopped at Tesco prior to collection day and picked up things that we thought we would need. All of these things were already thoughtfully included. I can'y say enough about the style of the way this business is run! We were able to simply enjoy our Holliday without the usual hassle and worry that go along with hiring a camper.

This was our second time using zoom motorhome hire which says it all really . We find pick up from Peebles really easy as we travel up from Essex and then continue on with our holiday plans. This time we hired Peggy , last time was Doris . Both comfortable clean and spacious. Everything except for your clothes is included even breakfast for the first day or two if you don’t eat it all on the first . Toiletries , towels , bedding ,tea coffee ,milk and sugar and lots more are all there waiting for you . We would hire from them again without hesitation.

We just come back from having a week in Haggis 3 of us and our dog travelling the NC500. Malc and Pippa go that extra mile with personal touches that make the experience all the more enjoyable and Pippa’s homemade granola very special. Motorhome which was kitted out with EVERYTHING we could have needed. Incredibly clean Haggis was very comfortable and easy to use. Highly recommended.

This was our fourth time hiring a motor home / camper van and this experience was head and shoulders above the rest. The handover was very detailed and you were also provided with a simple to follow instructions booklet as well as you tube videos to follow and of course Malcy and Pippa were only a phone call away. The motor home is extensively kitted out, absolutely everything you would need and everything is included, no hidden costs which we have experienced in the past. It makes such a difference just having to take your clothing rather than start making up beds etc meaning you can get on the road straight away.
The motor home was lovely is very modern, clean and comfortable. Pippa also includes a welcome pack and first breakfast including home made granola and crossiant (gluten-free too!)
Highly recommend will definitely be hiring again.

We are just back from our first experience in a motorhome. We spent seven nights in "Peggy" a brand new motorhome in Zoom motors family. She was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Malcolm and Pippa had thought of everything we might need for our trip and were very helpful answering all of our questions in the lead up to our holiday.

We had a fantastic time in Gassy. Such a great motorhome. Malcolm and Pippa were great to deal with and fantastic handover when we collected it. Utube videos were given to us so we new how to do thing relating to the van. Breakfast pack was amazing they have thought of everything. Well equipped van. Would certainly recommend them. Delighted to find this local company in the Scottish Borders. Booking process was so easy, communication was fantastic. Malcolm and Pippa had thought of everything when kitting out Haggis, even including a breakfast pack with the yummiest granola. We got a full tour before we left, there was a handbook in the van and they’d even made instruction videos so we never had a problem using all the state of the art tech. Comfy beds all mod cons, great layout. Best of all we could take our furry friends with us, there was plenty room with our two dogs and it was easy to keep the van clean. A really lovely couple, would thoroughly recommend and wish them all the best with their future expansion plans.

This was our first time hiring a motorhome and the experience really could not have been any better. From start to finish the level of service from Malcolm and Pippa and attention to detail was superb. When the only thing you can suggest after a 4 night stay (in Gassy) is the addition of a pizza cutter, you realise how well your every need has been anticipated and catered for. We feel very privileged to have such a first rate company on our doorstep.

We had an amazing 2 week hire with 2 dogs. The van was everything we needed and more. So much thought had gone into preparing the van for us, Breakfast including Pippa's lovely homemade granola. A bottle of wine and even treats for the dogs. There was nothing we needed that was not in the van. We had a superb week travelling around Scotland in Doris, she was absolutely perfect for us. We had every conceivable item we could possibly need and everything was luxurious. Spotlessly clean, well looked after and the extra personal touches were a real treat. Literally all we needed were our clothes, food and toothpaste. Pippa and Malcolm were really helpful, excellent communication and are a lovely, informative couple. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or Doris to anyone.

Incredibly clean with personal touches like croissants and granola provided for our first morning. An amazing experience from start to finish! We never thought of a motorhome holiday and we saw an advert for Zoom on Facebook, which got us interested. I must say the service received from the owners - Malcolm and Pippa was incredible! The motorhome was brand new and immaculate. We did the NC 500, which I must say gives a lot of scenery you find abroad, something to envy - absolutely stunning and like going back in time with the villages and towns on route. It was great sleeping and cooking in the motor home and it was surprisingly easy to drive (as well as great fun). Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing week away with a zoom motorhome in May 2021. The handover was very comprehensive and when we had a query while we were away, Malcolm was very happy to assist over the phone. The motorhome was kitted out with everything you could think of (kitchen utensils, toiletries etc) which made a huge difference in terms of not having to load our own camping chairs etc on before departure. The motorhome was immaculately clean when we picked it up and the beds (that were already made up) were extremely comfortable with high quality bedding. Our boys loved finding sweets in the cab ready for departure and we enjoyed the wine on arrival!! Superb customer service and attention to detail which was far better than we had received from other companies in the past. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Dumfries and Galloway in Doris. Pippa and Malcolm have gone the extra mile in kitting out the motorhome in a very luxurious way: fluffy towels, quality bed linen, duvets and pillows, a breakfast basket and staples in the fridge, and all sorts of alfresco items which we made good use of as the sun shone! It was a really easy booking process as everything is included in one up-front price so you are not caught out adding extras as you go through the process. They gave a very detailed and friendly handover and were quick to respond to a query we had during the weekend. Doris itself is well laid out and spacious for a family of 4 and the children loved the excitement of lowering their bed down each night!

Have just returned from an amazing week with 'Haggis' - a special member of the Zoom Motorhome Hire fleet. It is, without a shadow of a doubt true, that we have missed holidays whilst a global pandemic has swirled mercilessly around us for the past year.
We wondered whether this was perhaps the reason that Zoom Motorhome Hire provided us with one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had?
That was in fact, incredibly far removed from the truth and the experience that Pippa and Malc have been able to create for their customers is nothing short of amazing! A business founded during a time when so many have struggled, this really is a diamond in the rough!
Attention to detail akin to a 5 star resort, luxury on a grand scale and with the type of touches that would shame some of the best in the industry, with only a few short months of trading behind them.
Whether it was Malc’s knowledge during the handover or Pippa’s simply incredible home made granola and local produce basket, the treats didn’t stop! Every corner of “Haggis” was crammed full of fun, games, advice and the most amazingly stocked kitchen you could imagine.
Get out there and book Zoom Motorhomes for your next holiday. I’d challenge anyone not to have a top 3 experience, regardless of how far they’ve travelled the globe!

We enjoyed a fantastic family trip on the west coast, making the most of the wilding experience during our first experience in a motorhome. Zoom provided us with a spotless and very well prepared 'Gassy', great customer service and personal friendly contact. Couldn't fault them, we had everything we needed and it was so well thought through. Looking forward to returning again soon, the kids can't wait. Thanks Pippa and Malcolm.

Amazing!! We would definitely recommend Zoom Motorhome Hire. It was a super experience from start to finish (even with a 9month old baby) Malcolm & Pippa are lovely, they really have thought of everything in the motorhome. Its better equipped than my kitchen at home! The granola is so good!! (They even put in some baby food.. just lovely)
We have booked again for this year, Finger crossed for better weather and less restrictions..

We recently spent a long weekend in 5 berth motorhome, Haggis and travelled to the south west of Scotland - 3 humans and one dog. Pippa and Malky are so lovely to deal with and couldn't do enough for us. Although the van was big is was great to drive and surpsiringly easy to manoevre, (put to the test by having to revese a quarter of a mile! Oops). Reversing cameras were very helpful. Really nice travelling in the back too, great visiblility. Emptying waste, filling up water etc was all simple to do. Amazing space inside with far more storage than you would expect. It was the best equipped place we have ever stayed, particularly in terms of kitchen equipment which is imporrtant to us as we cook a lot from scratch. Absolutely nothing else we could have asked for and all sensibly stored and easy to access. Plus, the fridge was stocked with delicious goodies - particularly reccommend Pippa's gorgeous home made granola! So many systems and gadgets to make you comfortable - great little batjroom stocked with beatiful products, lovely shower. Loads of living space made easier by being able to configure the table in any way that works for you. Extremely comfy beds, like being at home! And really efficient blinds to make it properly dark.Despite the shocking Scottish, November weather we were warm and comfortable and relaxed at all times. We never thought camping could feel like this!

Highly recommended, we hire the motorhome to go to Skye with the kids, drive a brand new motorhome is a good experience, we had bkf, lunch, dinner, TV, cards, music wine and chat all like home, even better with the landscape surrounding...

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience of renting from Zoom Motorhome Hire in Peebles. The van was well equipped with all home comforts, the duvets and pillows were amazing and the chilled white wine in the fridge was a lovely touch!
Pippa and Malcolm were on hand for any questions about the van both pick up and returning the van was simple.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zoom motorhome hire to anyone looking for a home away from home... We will certainly be back!

We've hired motorhomes in the past which have been great but nothing compared to what we received for a recent adventure in Scotland from Zoom. The van itself was brand new and as you would expect immaculate. It was surprising spacious which was just as well as there were 5 of us (2 Adults and 3 Kids). The van came fully equipped, I mean fully equipped, they literally had thought of everything and then some.
The guys at Zoom were super friendly and helpful from the outset until our return. They provided a comprehensive handover and driver handbook to keep us right. The only time I needed to contact them with a tecky question they were on hand to help. Thankfully we had a trouble free holiday.
All in all we had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend these guys, they've really nailed it and genuinely felt like they loved what they do!

We certainly didn’t think a Campervan hire company was very climate friendly, however we did our homework and discovered that it is far more green than flying anywhere, yes anywhere! And what’s better, you can travel at your own pace and visit as many or as few places during your Campervan holiday as you wish.
We want to share the beauty of our country while travelling responsibly and with respect. As a travel company we want to do our bit to preserve the world we live in because we are committed to promoting sustainable and responsible Campervan tourism.
Our Objectives:
- To Promote / encourage Campervan holidays in the UK as a more sustainable way to have a holiday.
- Advocate responsible Campervan travel in the UK.
- To be as environmentally friendly as possible with our business practices and products by monitoring resources such as water, energy and chemicals.

- To renew our vehicles every 18 months of service in line with government climate change regulations.

- Our Campervans are compliant Euro 6 diesel engines reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
- Supply green chemicals to break down waste and chemical free washing up liquid.
- Encourage our customers to shop local and support local businesses as much as possible.
- Go paperless wherever possible, for example we use DocuSign for our terms and conditions and request all documents digitally.
- Provide bamboo toilet roll and bamboo mattress protectors.
